Text Message Program

AIRSOURCE LLC is a residential HVAC company in Maryland. With your permission, we send text messages about your service. This page shows how you agree and exactly what you agree to.

What we send

With your permission: your appointment details right after you book, and a notice if your appointment is changed or cancelled. Message frequency varies, typically one to three messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Way 1: On our website

Our quote form has a separate, unchecked box that says: “I agree to receive text messages from AIRSOURCE LLC about my appointment, such as booking confirmations and schedule changes. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

The box is unchecked by default and optional. Submitting the form does not send a text message. Someone from AIRSOURCE contacts you directly. If an appointment is then booked for you, you receive the booking confirmation text shown below.

Way 2: By phone

After your booking is made, our receptionist says: “One last thing, and it’s totally optional: want AIRSOURCE to text you the details of your appointment, and let you know if anything changes? Message frequency varies, usually one to three messages per appointment, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. Our terms and privacy policy are on airsourcemd.com. Okay if we text you, yes or no?”

You must clearly say yes. If you say yes, we reply: “Great, we’ll text you a confirmation shortly.” If you say no, or do not answer clearly, we do not text you. Calls are recorded, and you are told so at the start of the call.

Confirmation text

After you agree and an appointment is booked, you receive: “AIRSOURCE: Hi [First Name], you’re scheduled for [Day, Date], [Window]. We’ll text you if anything changes. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
